Extended Care: In order to facilitate families’ schedules—particularly those families with older children in the grade school program—Four Winds Waldorf School also offers an optional Extended Care program. This allows Preschool/Kindergarten children, ages 3–6, to arrive and depart from school at the same time as their older siblings. Extended Care begins at lunch time and ends with the conclusion of the school day. Children share lunch, story time, and a rest period. Cots are provided and many children nap. Time-permitting, there may also be indoor or outdoor free play.

After School Care:  Beginning with the 2010-2011 school year, we will offer After School care from 2:45 to 6pm every school day.
