Four Winds Waldorf School provides an educational experience that preserves the gifts of childhood while preparing children to meet life’s challenges with joy, enthusiasm and confidence. Our curriculum, which reaches for the heart as well as the mind, is grounded in academics and strengthened with foreign languages, music, art, movement and handwork.

Classroom size:

Elementary classes range from 6 to 18 students. Preschool/Kindergarten classes vary in size, but maintain student/teacher ratios of 1 to 7, or 1 to 9, depending on the age of the class.

Student body:

Four Winds seeks to enroll a diverse student body. Currently, 85 percent of students are white, 12 percent are multi-racial, 1 percent are Hispanic, 1 percent are Asian/Pacific Islander, and 1 percent are African-American.
